It can be if you're not careful and fail to place the boys carefully in the harness. In reality, it hurt my neck more than anything else. Wasn't ready for that three-foot drop. A drop, of course, but not three feet.

In any case, a small price to pay for a taste of what it's like to be a shooter for the USAF!
